Customer satisfaction is a priority. If the item you order isn't what you had in mind, we will gladly exchange it for something else. Simply call or email us within two weeks of having received the item. Modifications are always an option too. If a necklace is too long or too short,we will customize it to your specifications and send it back to you ASAP. The no refund policy we have in our store also applies to online sales.

If a piece of jewelry needs repair, we want to know! Jewelry that needs repair because it wasn't made properly will be fixed at no cost to you, including the shipping. Well loved and worn jewelry will be repaired at a minimal cost and shipping both ways will be covered by the customer.
